Americans w/Disabilities (ADA)

Executive Branch state agencies are assisted with compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by the Workforce Diversity staff. Staff provides direction and technical assistance to state agency personnel to facilitate compliance with Titles I and II of the American's Disabilities Act and Executive Order 96-9.
