The EideBailly OneCard for eligible state employees were mailed out early January 2012. The EideBailly OneCard is a debit card that allows you to pay for eligible products and services from the available balance in your medical Flexible Spending Account (FSA), or your Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) if applicable.
If you elected a medical FSA or were eligible to receive an HRA and have remaining funds in your HRA, those funds were available January 1, 2012. The EideBailly OneCard is just one way for you to access these accounts. You can submit written requests for reimbursement of eligible expenses (via mail, fax or on-line) if you happen to make a qualified purchase prior to getting your EideBailly OneCard in the mail.
Participants with HRA only balances, will receive their cards late January or early February.
