This installation software will install the Budget Information Systems (BIS) application, which includes the Biennial Budget System (BBS), Fiscal Notes Tracking System (FNTS) and the Capital Budget System (CBS) applications. BIS provides on-line budget information to the statewide user community in the three branches of the government: state agencies, courts and legislative staffs. It is a 32-bit application and will only run on 32-bit operating systems (specifically Windows 95/98, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, and Windows XP and Windows7 32 and 64 bit).
