General Fund Financed Projects |

The State of Minnesota provides funds for some capital projects from its general fund. Every state agency which uses appropriated funds from the State's general fund for a project must enter into a grant agreement with the grant recipient.

Every state agency that uses the proceeds of general obligation bonds to fund a grant to another public entity must enter into a grant agreement with the public entity that receives the grant. |
