Infrastructure

This section outlines some of the most recent additions to Minnesota’ capital assets. These projects are authorized in one of two ways. Most commonly, projects are specifically funded through the Capital Investment Bill. These projects are for many public purposes and may be paid for by future general fund tax revenue, dedicated revenues, or cash. Most of the MMB information focuses on these projects and their financing.
