Enrollment Dates: November 1 – 14, 2012

Open Enrollment 2013 will be held on November 1 – 14, 2012.  The Retiree Open Enrollment Booklet contains information that will help you achieve a successful Open Enrollment.  Exclusive retiree meetings will be held throughout the state from October 29, 2012 through November 8, 2012.  As a retiree your enrollment elections should be submitted via the enrollment forms located in the back of your booklet.
