If you are a state of Minnesota employee find a state agency workplace clinic near you.
Clinics are held late September through October.
- New! Tdap vaccination also available.
- No out-of-pocket costs when you present your Minnesota Advantage Health Plan member ID card.
- Without an Advantage ID card, the flu shot will cost $25.00, nasal spray will cost $32.00 and Tdap will cost $55.00 (cash only - please bring exact amount - nurses do not carry change).
- If you have any questions about whether you should get a flu or Tdap vaccination consult your health care provider.
- To check your vaccine history, call your health care provider or try other suggested sources.
Workplace clinics:
- Are on a “walk-in” basis, no appointments are necessary.
- Employees may attend any available state agency flu vaccination clinic with the exception of correctional facilities and Attorney General’s Office, which can only serve on-site employees.
- If you attend a clinic at another state agency, you may have to check-in at security or an information area.
