The agency level budget documents include materials that provide the Governor’s updated budget recommendation. The changes submitted incorporate the impact of the February forecast and adjust the Governor’s FY 2014-15 budget plan.  In addition, some items are updated as a result of corrections from the January 22 posting or to account for recent federal funds requests.  The original Governor’s recommendation, including agencies that were not impacted by the February forecast and the Governor’s revisions are available at: http://www.mmb.state.mn.us/narratives2013
