Welcome to the State of Minnesota’s official website for coordination and implementation of the America Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Our goal is to provide you with a site that makes the federal stimulus process as transparent and understandable as possible.  We’ll be adding to and improving this material on a regular basis with data updated quarterly.

The state is committed to maximizing the economic benefits of the federal stimulus package by quickly identifying and investing in quality projects and ensuring the use of stimulus funds are transparent to the public. I am pleased that Minnesota has received recognition for quickly obligating energy and road construction funds, accessing Unemployment Insurance, and getting our plan approved for accessing State Fiscal Stabilization Funding for education.  We’re committed to maximizing the impact of the ARRA funding for the state.
