1987- Transferring Duties back to the State Treasurer

The following is a typed recreation of Reorganization Order No. 141. The original was filed on January 12, 1987, in the office of the Minnesota Secretary of State.


STATE OF MINNESOTA
DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION
REORGANIZATION ORDER NO. 141

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 1986, Section 16B.37, Subdivisions 1 and 2, the following administrative reorganization is made with the prior approval of the Governor.

In order to avoid duplication and to comply with the Minnesota Supreme Court's determination that the functions and funds of the Minnesota State Treasurer be restored, the following positions and funds are transferred from the Minnesota Management & Budget to the Minnesota State Treasurer.

[Here the Order sets out the names, position numbers, and job classifications of the nine individuals whose positions had been transferred to the Minnesota Management & Budget by Section 13, Chapter 13, 1985 Laws, 1st Special Session]

The complement of the Minnesota Management & Budget, as provided by Laws 1985, 1st Special Session, Chapter 13, is decreased by nine positions; the complement of the State Treasurer, as provided in Laws 1985, 1st Special Session, Chapter 13, is increased by nine positions.

The sum of $183,242.63 is transferred from funds appropriated to the Minnesota Management & Budget to the State Treasurer for fiscal year 1987.

The Commissioner of Finance shall make any necessary financial determinations in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 1986, Section 16B.37, Subdivision 4.

The effective date of this Order is January 7, 1987. The Order is herewith filed with the Secretary of State and shall remain in effect until amended or superseded.
